I am so pleased to launch this Website to spread the excitement I have about YOUR Mary Kay® Business! I have spent the last several years meeting so many wonderful Directors and Consultants - hearing their triumphs and their challenges. They have trusted me in their offices and allowed me to find solutions to their organizational obstacles. This Website is dedicated to them - for their trust, their kindness and what they have taught me!

In my work with all those extraordinary women, I came to realize that there are several systems that can help every Director and Consultant conquer organization in their office and business. I decided that I needed to share that information with as many Directors and Consultants as possible because there is no other source out there for this specific information pertaining to YOUR business. This is what inspired me to write my best-selling book, Finally Free to Succeed. I began with the Director's Guide and received so much positive feedback, I quickly followed up with the Consultant's Guide which I launched at Seminar in Dallas in 2005.
