I am extremely proud of my books, Finally Free to Succeed: A Director's Step by Step Guide to Organizing Your Business and Finally Free to Succeed: A Consultant's Step by Step Guide to Organizing Your Business. In my years of organizing the offices and lives of Directors and Consultants, I have not come across a single resource that really delves into the specific systems that make up a successful and efficient office. Of course there are wonderful books on "how to organize your home....your office...your time" and while these can be helpful, they are not specific to a Mary Kay® office. There are also excellent documents that have been created by your Sister Directors that have been circulating on the internet. I have learned a great deal from these Directors. However, there was no publication that covers every aspect of organizing a Mary Kay® office.

This was my motivation for writing Finally Free to Succeed. I wanted to cover everything that Directors and Consultants need to know and put it in an easy to read, user-friendly format. I felt it was necessary to not only discuss how you can find your way out of the never-ending clutter but also give instruction on how to use the computer, hire an assistant, and create a time management schedule that you can really stick to. I show you simple systems you can implement TODAY to make your office run smoothly and efficiently.

I also give you two action plans that you can do. The first, 10 Things you can do RIGHT NOW to get you on your way to organization, is a plan that you could easily do in one day. This plan instructs you how to conquer some of the small organizational issues - the top of your desk, the paper covered walls, the endless chatchkas - in 10 small steps. The second, The Seven Step Action Plan, is the intensive total organization plan. I devised this to mimic what I do myself when a client hires me to completely revamp their office. This plan is not for the faint of heart but if you are motivated to change your business, The Seven Step Action Plan is for you!
