I am pleased to offer Phone Consultations to those of you who want to get organized but need a little guidance. If you really want to get organized but have no idea where or how to start or if you have begun reading my book Finally Free to Succeed and you have questions about how to implement organized systems in your office, consider an off-site Phone Consultation.

All you need to do is send me pictures of your office, a drawing of your office layout, and a completed questionnaire. In our telephone consultation, we will discuss your goals both for your business and your organizational project. We will discuss which systems are currently working for you and which new systems you feel you need to implement. We will determine a plan of attack and create a schedule for your project. I will give you suggestions as to optimal furniture placement, how to go about clutter removal as well as suggestions for supplies you may need to begin. This is a one time consultation which will last about 2 hours.

However, if you are determined to completely reorganize your office and your business, you can choose the Seven Step Action Plan. This plan is meant as specific guidance through the intensive Action Plan, as laid out in my book, Finally Free to Succeed. We will have seven phone consultations, over the course of two weeks in which I will guide you through each step. We cover every aspect of your office - inventory, zone creation, purging, creation of a file system, desk organization, computer set up and maintenance, and time management. For Directors, I also guide you through how to utilize your assistant for maximum efficiency.
